She is the founder and CEO of Living Well Institute, which certifies healthcare providers in Functional & Integrative Lifestyle Medicine and also offers wellness classes to the public on the same topics. She is also the creator of the Medical Therapeutic Yoga & Professional Yoga Therapist Certification, the only certification of its kind worldwide for medical professionals. 

Dr. Garner practices at Garner Pelvic Health, which she founded to offer integrative telehealth and in-person pelvic and orthopaedic care. Ginger is the author of multiple books and book chapters published in several languages.
