Healthy Wealthy & Smart presents an exclusive Q & A with Dr. Tim Gabbett
We are pleased to have Dr. Tim Gabbett join us for a one night only Q & A session. This is your chance to ask Tim anything in regards to his research, training techniques, return to play etc. This is a rare treat as Tim normally speaks in front of 100s to 1000s of people or is consulting with professional teams around the world. This marks the first time Tim will be in a small setting talking about his research and answering all of YOUR questions.
We will start the evening with commonly asked questions for Tim and then hand the mic to the audience to get all of your questions answered. This is a great (and rare) opportunity to have your questions concerning training harder and smarter answered straight from the source. We will also be talking about the training injury prevention paradox and how all of this relates to pain.
Of course we don’t all treat professional athletes but you can take the principles Tim researches and speaks about and apply them to any population. It is all about knowing how and when to apply the right load to the right person at the right time to decrease their chance of injury.
We will be serving light bites and drinks.
